I have an 06 a3 fsi.

I am in the need for an upgraded hpfp and was wondering which ppl have tried.

I'm specifically interested in the apr vs hpfpupgrade.com as there's almost a $300 difference in price.

Also, I am wondering if anyone here has any insight as to which spark plugs to run.
I currently run Ngk bkr7e (pretty sure) I change them almost every oil change as the copper plugs don't have a long life span. They are 1 step colder than the oem plug as was suggested for people with ecu upgrade.
Now from what I have read the step colder plug I use is oem on the s3/tts? Does that mean if I have a k04 and supporting mods I should be running a step colder than oem for s3/tts? Do tuned s3/tts drivers use 1 step colder plugs?
