I am really confused on this whole timing belt thing?

its pretty simple, most car dealerships and manuals will tell you 150 and it would seem that the numbers that are being thrown around are all around 150.

I am about to do my old car which is a civic at 300 still running on the original belt but i would not recommend waiting that long lol

* If DPF replacement is not necessary, perform check every 20,000 miles (30,000 km) thereafter until replacement becomes necessary. Subsequent DPF replacement interval is a minimum of
