I'd try some European forums; the UK has a fairly large Audi presence (plus they speak English, so less chance of miscommunication). TDIclub forum also has several EU guys that supply the EU-only parts. Shoot ryanp there a message – he's been reliably providing us North Americaners with parts for a while.
