5000 mile service
 
I've had my TDI for three months now and time for it's 5000 mile service. Yes, I drive 100 miles per day just to get to work and back! So far love the car and the mpg I get out of it. Averaging 37.5 mpg lately.:D

37.5 mph = 6.27 L/100Km = 15 Km/L

Yes gotta love the TDI... especially when fuel down in Southern California is $4.19 per gallon. I was driving a Dodge Dakota before this at 17mpg. I filled up 2-3 times per week. 70-80 dollars to fill up twice a week really hurts the wallet!

Now I fill up once per week at a little over half the cost (and I have a nicer ride!).
