2008 A3 - Air temp not changing

Anyone had the issue of air not being cooled or heated? whether I put the temp on low or high, air always comes out the same temp as outside. Anyone have any idea what is causing this?

High and low switches need to be checked out, maybe a fuse for the switches? Wost case is both your compressor AND heater core are kaput lol.
