A3 1.8T 180hp 2003 - xenon headlight height adjustment

Hi,
I have an A3 180hp with xenon lights model 2003 and very often the left headlight focus somewhat like only 3 meters ahead of the car. The height adjustment occurs automatically and so that I can`t do anything.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
