I didn't like the Toyo G-02 Plus. For some reason, I was slipping and sliding when I brake on slushy winter days. In snow, it was fine.

For 19", you should consider a 8.5 width.

Thanks Ed, it seems 8.5" width is the way to go for a 19" rim. What set up do you have for winter on your Q5. We are both in Montreal and given the potholes 18 inch would be the responsible, conservative choice, even though i think i might be able to get away with the 19's (which do look much better).

Curious to know what rims you chose.

cheers

Guy's i'm from Montreal also. I got my tires (Nokian Hakkapeliitta R ) from a US company and got them for cheap. (203$ each) For my rims, warcity has a good contact in TO , for the RS4, however yuo must add 100$ for shipping to Mtl.
After many weeks of looking around, I found a place on Timmins that can get a replica of the tri-5 spoke wheel (same as 20inch s-line) avail. in 18inch for 199$ ea
Let me know if you want more info.

I'm using the oem 18" with Nokian Hakkapeliitta 5 SUV tires. Been running them for one winter now and loving them.
