Re: 2011 Q5 3.2 Winter Tires
19" 2011 A5 S Line Audi OEM wheels are 19x8.5" ET 32. The lowest offset on a Q5 wheel is 33 on the 20x8.5" S Line wheel. This means the A5 wheels will fit, but it will stick out an extra millimeter more than the Q5 S Line wheels, which stick out the furthest of any Q5 wheel. The A5 wheels will still out and extra 13mm over the 18" Q5 wheels.
In my opinion those wheels should look great on your Q5. If you end up getting the A5 wheels I'd use them as my summer wheels and put winter tires on the 18" Q5 wheels.

Re: 2011 Q5 3.2 Winter Tires
Glad to hear you finally got your Q5! I'm sure you're ecstatic!
I couldn't find anything in any of your previous posts suggesting you had ordered with the S Line package...way to go, though, it's a great package.
I have 18" winter wheels and from an aesthetic point of view, I wish I had bought 19's. I'm sure the ride comfort in the winter is better on the 18's, but after seeing the car on 20's, it's strange to see it on 18's. (So let me know if you want a good deal on an 18" winter wheel/tire set up! )
Congrats and enjoy your new car!
P.S. The Audi OEM winter wheel packages are a little overpriced, in my opinion.

Re: 2011 Q5 3.2 Winter Tires
I agree with Tony on the audi packages being overpriced. Our dealer gave us a little pamphlet (a poorly photocopied version might i add... come on guys, you are better than that) with a selection of winter packages for the Q. at 2499 for the 18" option I was defintely not impressed.
As many others have mentioned you might be better served researching some packages yourself.
I personally intend to follow a suggestion by Tony and utilize TireRack.com for my 18" winter wheels and tires. In fact i have already priced out a set, using the same tires that audi was packaging, and delivered to my door the cost should be about $1900, which is a huge savings over the dealer.
But if you were to go with less expensive tires with Tirerack I got it down to as around $1750.
Do it early and you may even be able to do better at your local wheel store. I believe Warcity may have a good contact if you are in the GTA.

Have a look here:

I bought a nice set of RS4 Replica wheels and winter tires 18" for 1500 installed, shop in Markham. They're amazing. You shouldn't be using factory Alloy for winter it's a waste of money unless you're doing so because you're upgrading your summer rims that's a different story.
