Audi Drive Select

Audi Drive Select
So my 2009 A4 Avant came loaded save for Drive Select. I had the feature in the 2009 A4 sedan loaner I was given until my car arrived. Drive select seems like a more refined version of Volvos 4C which I had in my 300 Hp 6 speed MT Wagon.
In any case, is drive select a possible retrofit (no more than 2500 Cdn $) or am I pretty much SOL?

Re: Audi Drive Select
THIS IS THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM AN AUDI TECH
Thank you for your email. I would have to look up the individual prices for
the parts, but I am afraid you would find it prohibitively expensive.
Besides the obvious parts (switches, trim panels and shock absorbers) there
are many other parts, too. We would have to replace control modules, the
steering column (for the motorized version) and likely adapt or modify the
wiring harness(es). I would think $5-6 000.00 in parts alone is possible...
An option such as "Drive Select" is relatively cheap when ordered with an
Audi - the parts when purchased separately are always much more expensive.
Also, you would not have the same warranty on these parts as the rest of the
vehicle (4 years/80 000km); they would only have warranty for 1 year/20
000km.
I don't know how long you've owned your A4, but it may actually be cheaper
to consider trading it in on one equipped with the options you'd like.
