1997 Audi A4 Quattro - $2800

I have a 1997 Audi A4 Quattro for sale, in Other - British Columbia.
Mileage: 231000kmskm
Engine Size: 2.8
Asking price is $2800
I bought this car last April,, it's been pretty good to me, except for a dead battery after parking it for 2 months in the summer, it has not let me down.
2.8 V6 (12v)

Good:
- interior is near mint
- exterior is good considering mileage
- have service records from the day it was bought new
- local car, one owner til 2009
- Aircared til march or may (will have to check), either way you can insure it for a year
- runs great
- newish tires
- I can average 10.3l/100k with conservative driving
bad:
Things I was planning to Fix
- slow oil leak: most likely valve cover from what I can tell (only 1 was replaced in the records)
- a CEL code that says B2S2 O2 sensor low voltage/air leak; I've replaced that o2 sensor and the code is still there, so I'm guessing air leak between the 1st o2 sensor and the 2nd one on the driver side. It's very likely as that cat. was replaced at one point.
- Cruise does not work (common problem apparently, relatively easy fix DIY)
Things I was not planning on fixing
- the clutch squeals if you ride it (only if you ride it, I can drive it without squealing AT ALL), it also has a high clutch position, but it doesn't slip at all (believe me i've tried) and the feel/position hasn't changed since I bought it; Clutch was last replaced after 160k
- Driver side heated seat does not work (will find out if it's getting power at the seat plug)
I'm basically doing full disclosure here. I was planning on fixing the CEL, oil leak, and cruise before selling it, but if someone wants to tackle these things, then less work for me and I can stop paying insurance on it. If I fix these issues I'll toss this on Craigs and see how it goes.
But for now I am offering it at $2800 for the next two weeks AS IS
