Re: Noob Interrested in A3
what you have to look out for when choosing rim size is not the overall diameter but the width of the wheel combined with the offset, to determine if the wheel sticks out too much which will cause it to rub against the fender

Re: Noob Interrested in A3
With 2.0T you can turn that whip into an S3 for a fraction of what you would spend on a 3.2. 5-6G's gets you 300hp. pure evil....

OEM titanium wheels are 7.5" wide, with an et54 offset

Not everyone wants to put 5-6k worth of mods (which will add 0$ on resale) on a car either. Changing the turbo and all the necessary hardware isn't as plug and play as everyone would like to think. Oh and bye bye warranty.

Re: Noob Interrested in A3
I don't like the white contrast cause its not the same white, its more of a pearly white where as the ibis white is almost true white imo, the red just adds a focal point to the rims

they say that 2.0T's are always more fun to drive than V6's. True or false?

That depends on what you like to drive personally. IMO i think the 2.0T is great to drive, just wish it had quattro.

Maybe it's because the 2.0T comes with a 6spd Manual where the V6 engine has automatic only.
