Default Winter to Summer

So when are you guys switching over to Summer Tires?

Looks like the mild weather in Southern Ontario will we with us for the next 10 days...I hate riding winters in this mild weather as it just EATS the rubber!!

But...I have that funny feeling we will still get some snow by the end of the month.

I'm doing it this Saturday. Considering how mild the winter was, I think winter is done. I may be wrong, but I'll take my chances. I'm keeping the snows on my wife's Saab until April 1st, just as a back up.

Well the next 8 to 10 days look very mild..Just don't know what's instore after that...mind you the roads are still pretty dirty with all the sand and salt...it's a tough call...but even if it does snow again it would be short lived...just for me I know with the summers they are horrible in snow\11

Im in the look out for new rims and tires. I'd slap them on now if I had them. The trend of warm weather we're having will likely cause any forecasted snow, turn into rain.

One more week for me, some roads in Ottawa are melting during the day and freezing overnight, making that morning drive a bit cautious. Next week it's all double digits, so my nice 19" VMR 713 are coming on... YEEEE HAAA !!!

The following week will be detailing and spring cleaning.

But for you guys that are putting them on now, I would be doing the same, but I have 2 year old that drives with me every morning and night.
