Brought it in to the mechanic, he can't diagnose the problem...the noise only happens on occasion and goes away when the brake is applied...he hoisted the car and took it for a spin...he says to drive it until the noose becomes more consistent!
Look at the control arms and tie-rod ends. Lift the car up (one wheel) and try to wiggle it, like put your hands on 9 and 3 o'clock and start doing like you want to take the wheel off. If you hear/notice any movement, then check the control arms and tie-rod ends.
Mine was vibrating crazy at certain speeds, and above certain speeds, and it was getting worse and worse. Tire balancing - nothing. Then, finally, I looked at the rubber on the the tie-rod ends, and it was clear that it was gone.
