JUST GOT A TT, need some help plz.

hi i just got a 2000 audi tt quatro 1.8t. 5 speed. everything is fine with this car till i drive and seems like when i try to speed the engine starts to stroddle, and after a few sec gose away, and happens again, i don't know if this has to do with my Turbo or anything else..if any one can help or any information could be helpfull, don't really have the money to drop it at the dealer unless if i have to.
few other problem i noticed is, my engine if runs hot like about 110 degress if it is sitting after a while and i don't even see the fan kicking in, is there something wrong with that? thanx again.

Ok i had my body who is fimilar with cars a bit stopping by and he checked my both fan (in front of the rad) and they were both gone. paid around 200 for both and replaced them and now my fans both come on when it pass 90, they are 2 speed fans and depending on the temp at the time they change their speed. but still struggling with the whole turbo deal...any help would be awsome.....thanx.

Need more info.
Very common items to cause poor running are failed coil packs.
If you cannot find any history of them being changed, I would change all four.
