New Member/3rd Audi

Hi all, new member here with (finally) all posting privileges granted to me last night. I just got my new 2010 White S4 (6sp) replacing an 06/B7 A4 3.2 (6sp) that I returned with great great pleasure upon the end of my lease. I also own a 01/B5 A4 2.8 (5sp) which I still adore after 131,000 km and being used by my spouse. I will take the time to provide my first reactions on my new S4 under the S4 section. I am interested in reading about everyone's Audi experience, read news and technical tips and also participate in meet up, which I have seen advertised in the past. I live Downtown Toronto (and yes I park on the street....) and work in Concord. I have been a VW "customer" since 1992 and I switched to Audi in 2001. Although I enjoy the Audi products, I am always amazed to see and experience how careless Audi Canada is at managing their various sales and service functions and their brand. Cheers, Louis

I joined not too long ago myself. I'm new to the brand. I picked up a 2010 A4 back in the Fall - but I'm still after the dealer and Audi Canada for the stupid vibration problem which seems to be taking multiple visits and still don't know what's going on.

Thanks, I sympathize with you on that one. With my new S4, I purchased a set of winter wheels and tires from my dealer (aftermarket replicas) and they delivered the car to me with all wheels out of balance! which was rectified by my regular tire shop a week later. I wasn't impressed. My Audi salesman (Chris at Pfaff) was gracious enough to offer a complementary alignment (after I suggested I couldn't trust the car to be aligned properly) and he offered to pay my tire shop bill. I'm actually scheduled to go in tomorrow morning, so we'll see.
