Audi Notice for Coil Packs

Anybody else received the Audi notification that they will check your coilpacks. On my letter it states that if I've already changed them, they will reimburse me the costs. Andy

I received the letter last week. Apparently another letter is supposed to be sent from the dealer - we'll see what happens.

Same here, notification of the recall, and future letter promiced from dealership when the parts are in stock. A colleque of mine at work who owns an A4 also got the notice. It covers a ton of Audi & VW vehicles.

Same here, got my letter from Audi Canada. Contacted my local dealer who told me that my VIN has not come up yet. Dealer to contact us it's "our turn"

I called Audi customer service today to make sure they had me listed as the current owner of my TT since I'm not the original owner. The lady told me I would get a letter by April 2010. She later called me back and told me I will not be getting a letter since my TT isn't affected by the recall, the recall is VIN specific and mine isn't included. Does this sound correct? Do the letters make any mention of certain VIN's included or excluded?

I did that, said I get a letter by April. Link don't ask for VIN though.
