2008 Audi Q7 255/55/R18 Bridgestone's on 5 Star German made Rims
I checked TireRack.com...seems 18" offset 35mm is fine.
However, I found some replica at "http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-for-Audi/By-Size/18-Audi-Wheels/tc304324-2-1/" I like...but they told me: The Q5 takes a low offset that we do not carry. 20-32mm
Can anyone confirm on that?

Also, is it 18x8 or 18x8.5 should be better?
Thx.

The OZ wheels I bought from Tire Rack are 18x8 ET35 and the work great with a 235/60R18 tire: http://www.audiforum.ca/q5-q7/50225-winter-wheels.html

The stock wheel sizes range in the following:

20x8.5 ET33 (S Line)
19x8 ET39
19x8 ET27
18x8 ET39
17x8 ET39
17x7 ET37

If you can find anything in that range, you should be okay.

Thanks for the quick response.
If I'm getting the 18", does ET39 mean anything under 39mm will work? ie. 35~39mm?

Well considering Audi is using 8" width wheels in the offset range of 27 to 39, you should be just fine in the 35 to 39 range.

No problem. One last thing I should have mentioned is the centre bore. On the Q5 it's 66.6, the same as the B8 (2009+) A4/S4/A5/S5. Previous Audi models had a centre bore of 57.1.

According to Audi accessories for Q5, they seem to recommend 17" for winter tire. Has anyone gotten a 17" winter tires for their Q5?

17" is way too small for the Q5. I put on 18" last year and they look and perform great.

See the top of the page for pics:

Put on Scorpion 17's for winter here and they go and perform like Jack the bear.
