Best way to upgrade A6 audio

I am buying a new a6 but cannot get the bose upgraded audio. What is the best way to upgrade the sound system aftermarket? I would have to go to a shop as I have no idea how to do this. Can you get away with keeping the head unit/MMI display and just swapping in a better amp and speaker/subs?

hey there come by certified radio on the west end 171st and 111th ave. its that time of year we can put a remote starter in there too.
