taking her to the doctor

Re: taking her to the doctor
after the interjectors everything is fine for a week. However, I did experience the engine not starting once already. I don't want to sound too annoying, but worrying about when my car will start normally or not is very frustrating. I hope the service guys can replicate my problem or it will really be a waste of time. :S
Providing feedback that you "did experience the engine not starting once already" since getting your injectors replaced is very valuable information. The rest of us with this issue will be more closely monitoring our cars because of it.

Re: taking her to the doctor
Picked up the Q5 today. The service department found the same problem and used the same solution. The injectors were leaking into cylinders 1, 3 and 4. Injectors were replaced on those cylinders. Wish they had just replaced them all, but my fingers are crossed that the other don't fail. On the upside, it starts like never before. Almost instantaneously.
Unfortunately they did not have time to install my new springs.
m450, did your dealer specify whether all or some of the injectors were replaced? I'm guessing they would have only replaced the bad ones. Perhaps the others are leaking now too?

However, I would like to say that even with all the hassles I have gone through I will never settle for other crossovers. Driving the Q5 is fun and enjoyable. I didn't get the same feeling when I test drove the X3, EX35, and GLK. . Also, the exterior appearance and the backseat is WIN.

I couldn't agree with you more, I did 6 months of online researched prior to purchase, practically watched every video and read every single article. Went to the auto show and all, drove the EX, GLK, XC60, X3, RDX, everything in it's class. Every time it came on top. So glad.
I specially appreciate the interior design and quality. The head lights and the large grill is absolutely gorgeous and the drive, that's a different story all together.
