Q5 vin
Hey guys:
My Q5 was slotted to go into production the week of July 18th. I asked for my VIN and was just given the number a few days ago. Is there a website I can check to track my car's production or is that only for transportation? By being given my VIN, does that guarantee my Q5 is in production and will not be delayed?

Hey Tina,
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the Q5 order!
Your sales person can track every step of the way of your car. I would just email or call for regular updates. Of course I've found this leads to way more sleepless nights.
If your car has already been assigned a VIN, it has already been built. There's no guarantees of no delays, but you are certainly going to be without production delays.
Good luck!
