Re: 2011 Q5 deal
I can't remember how much I got my q5 for but I paid under 60k after tax. I think it was 58k or something not inculding 2 free mtgs of free car payment which was 1200 and additional 2000 from Audi Canada for all my problems.
2011 Q5 pearl phantom black fully loaded with Audi care.
One in a life time deal. They replaced my 09 q5 with a 2011. No changes to my finance. So free ride on the q5 for a year and bit

Re: 2011 Q5 deal
That represents about a $1500.00 discount off the MSRP, depending on the dealership admin charges. That a pretty good discount considering how tight the supply is for the Q5.

Re: 2011 Q5 deal
All Audi dealers are allocated only a fixed number of Q5s per month by Audi Canada. Hence the limited discounts and delivery date of three to four months. We have one 2.0 L Q5 in stock and the next best delivery is end of February/ early March. We have have sold most of our March Allocation. Delivery on a 3.2L Q5 is even longer.

Re: 2011 Q5 deal
I remember how much I paid for my car now.
Take the msrp of the q5 premium with everything but navi and s-line for 2009 then minus 4500 off because of my discount then minus 2 free mths of free payment (1200) then minus 2000 which Audi gave me for my problems before the car switch and free Audi care. Then minus how much s-line and navi is for 2011 model because they gave me those two options for free and minus the paint job (pearl phantom black).
A rough est I think around 10k off the car.
I'm in Canada btw

Re: 2011 Q5 deal
story in Vancouver:
2.0T Premium Plus + sunroof + pearl painting + wheel lock + anti-theft sticker + floor mat + trunk mat = MSRP - $660
tax not included. Audi care not included. No other fees(A/C, tire, doc, adm etc).

Re: 2011 Q5 deal
Here's the break down of the price along with its invoice price.
MSRP - 45,300 + 1995 = 47,295
Invoice - 41,540 + 1995 = 43,535
Although the car is high in demand, if you can prove that you have done your research on the car and arm yourself with all the relevant pricing details, the dealer may offer you a slightly better price. Just say you can't be worst off then some random person walking in there with no research what so ever.
This is my strategy whenever I'm in the market for a car and I got a great deal on my 2009 A4 at the time. As opposed to paying BS membership fees, just go to carsaver.ca for free invoice price reports.
One dealership in Ottawa? Yeah, you are screwed unless your area is allergic to Audis. A trip to the GTA is well worth it for you.
