Has anyone been to Audi Richmond to get the service done? I got my 2002 audi(under MSP) in to do service there since August 20 to fix couple indicator lights came on the board and they said to me it is all covered by MSP..

In sept 18, i got it back first time they said to me its all fixed but i found that wasnt done at all. then they do it again in spet 18, on mid oct, they called me to get the car back, i got the car and didnt even drove out of automall, those same problems came up again. damn it...then of course i took it back to Audi and left it there till now. today,they called me and say I need to pay at least 5 hrs labour charge to do the diagnostic...which i am not going to pay since they told me it's covered by MSP in the first place and they didnt fix it.

I'm seeing my solicitor tomorrow... i would rather pay for my solicitor

lol... takes over a month to try to fix a problem that isn't fixed at all?

well after the first time it didnt work, ushould of been like.. **** u guys and get me the general manager..

if u want something done, go to the top guy at the dealership so they know u mean business.

When your Audi is off warranty, suggest find a qualified mechanic to service your vehicle

I took my car to Audi Richmond and I'll never take it back. Horrible service. If you want to take it to a dealership I suggest Open Road Audi in Burnaby; otherwise go with a good independent mechanic. I've been taking my car to Vancouver Motorsports and they do a very good job. Great service, they really know what they're doing, and decent prices.
