New to the forum and I was wondering if there is a turbo upgrade or a bigger turbo that I can install that doesn't require rework of the engine. I have installed an AWE intake system, Milltek Exhaust and had a chip upgrade. I would like to find a turbo bolt on kit if available that can give me more horsepower (I will add an intercooler) without an engine overhaul.

Hey Wayne..Im about 90% sure that APR's K04 Turbo Kit is the one for you, but U will have to use APR Chip software.. Turbo kit includes everything U need.. I'd go further and contact ZF Transmissions. I know the 5HP19FLA on my A6 can handle 300HP max, and even the 5HP24FLA/HD on the RS6 was blowing up at a bone stock 450HP. If you're planning on upgrading your engine to that level you should consider installing a heavy duty transmission cooler. Remember that heat is the enemy of transmissions.
