Hello! B8 S4 in Calgary
Hello!
I guess now that I've officially got my Audi, I should start an Intro thread.
I've already been posting and asking lots of questions in the model-specific area but as of last night, I am the proud new owner of a 2010 Audi S4 in Meteor Gray Pearl.
It's a CPO from the Dealerhsip and has the Sport Diff, Nav/Backup Camera, B&O System and the Advanced Key.
Pictures are obviously helpful.
One from the dealership the day I put my deposit down.
One from 5 minutes ago when I parked outside.
My previous car is a 2002 Subaru Impreza which started out life as a 2.5RS (naturally aspirated). After a couple years of ownership, I did a complete swap and transplanted everything from a JDM 2001 STI into it. It got the 2.0l turbo engine, 6-speed transmission, rear diff, axles, hubs, and brembos. It's slammed on coilovers, has a larger turbo (Dom 1.5XTR), 750cc injectors, fuel pump, header-back exhaust and loads of other things. In fact, the only thing that remains stock on it is the shell, doors, seats and part of the dash. Simple explanation is that I got tired of the rough, noisy ride and the fact that my wife wouldn't let me take it on trips longer than an hour.
The S4 has always been one of those cars I've had my eye on and, well, here we are
Before anyone asks, the answer is no, I do not have plans to modify it. Its going to stay stock for a while.
Thanks!

Re: Hello! B8 S4 in Calgary
Thanks everyone! I've been looking for random excuses to go out for cruises since I got it.
"What's that honey? We need milk? Back in 3 hours!" <door slams>
I'll definitely try to check out the meet next week.
