2000 audi tt 225
Hi, I live in Australia but find your forum very good to look at. I had my wifes car, the Audi chipped last week by Superchips, they are from the UK . I am not that impressed with the chip as it only boost like hell from 3000 rpm and lower down it stiil have a bad flatspot, any info on this[ Normal??] Regards Pieter

Welcome to the forum. I don't think you'll get a lot of feedback on Superchips in particular here as they don't really offer their product in Canada.
As for the lack of consistent gains with your ECU software upgrade, did you upgrade any other parts? When I did the APR stage I upgrade on my MkI it was recommended that I change the diverter valve at the same time. It was one of the more air-restrictive parts on the car that made a big difference once I changed it. Changing at least the down pipe in the exhaust system will also make a big difference in how the car breathes and will allow for more power at a lower RPM.
I'm actually a little surprised that you didn't go with APR, being that APR Oceania is right in Brisbane.

Thanks for the reply! A few people here that i heard of had problems with apr in Brisbane and Superchip work from New Zealand and a lot cheaper than Apr[ maybe i will find out the hard way why!!] I will have a look at the other mods too--Regards Pieter
