I nominate Clay to be the physical trainer of the group. He revealed last night that he has lost more than 50 lbs over that past 8 months. That's outstanding.

Kudos to Clay, President/Trainer!

thanks man! best part is i actually lost all 53 lbs in 3 months!

mind you thats a full change in what i eat too as wll gym 5-8x a week. =)
