You should change the oil after doing this, it is recomeneded, and the ramiander can be poursed into the gas tank. I dont have the A4 anymore so I cant post pics of how to get it sucked in through the hose, but I tried describing it as much as i could, Can anyone take a photo and post it please.

I will try to post pic today. Gastank is simple, you can use a pen to jam the tap open and just pour the stuff in there. Oil is also easy just pour. Well i will try to post all the stuff i used its pretty easy.

Re: DIY Fuel injector cleaner and system build-up cleaner AKA Sea
I have been using seafoam for years in all of my taxis.... I run amsoil in them, so I change the oil every 30-40,000 km, and I seafoam the day before each oil change. I sometimes do the 3 part method (1/3 in gas tank, 1/3 in crankcase, 1/3 sucked into intake), but more often I put 1/2 into crankcase and the other 1/2 bottle into the intake. I let mine sit 20-30 min, then start it up, drive it hard for 10-20 min, then drive it normal the rest of the day. Then the next day I change the oil (with the engine fully warmed up), after draining the oil, I pour 1/2 liter of oil through the engine as a rinse, then complete the oil change as normal. I have not yet done this to my A4, but I intend to do it this weekend. I HAVE done it to my old 1.8T passat, my old 2.8 A4, and many other vehicles. Since it is part of my regular routine on my taxis, I usually don't get a big smoke show, even with 400,000km, but recently I convinced my brother to try it for the first time on his taxi with 340,000km (2007 camry).... What a show! We then also did his 1998 grand prix gtp with 220,000km. He is now a believer!

I'm very interested in getting this done but I'm a car dummy. I just wanted to clear a few things before attempting it with a friend. Do I need a custom hose/tubing of some sort to have it properly suck it into the intake or is there a proper hosing I can use that's already in the engine? I have a 2004 A4 1.8TQ Tiptronic, where is the brake boaster vac hose located? I watched several of the videos but most of them just show the smoke show and not how to put the hose in.
After I "sip" 1/3 of the seafoam do I just dip the hose into the last bit of seafoam and let it stall my engine?
