Hey all

I just bought a 1995 Audi Quatro 90, well I pulled some fuses to see if the cruise control fuse was blown and now my radio is locked up and the code is lost. I asked the previous owner and they never heard of it.

Well I have been doing some research and there are amazing people out there that can give you the code with the radios serial #

So if anyone can help me
its a Audi Gamma CC

There is no best guess with available data. You should call the dealer with the VIN of the vehicle with the VIN of the radio or post it here.
I'll warn you now, read your manual because in some radio's, entering the incorrect number on the 3rd or 4th try will lock it out.

Another way is to have the eeprom read, the original or new code can be written back into the eeprom.

The later models are 5 or 10 trys I belive, not sure about the B5's and previous models. Can it not be reset again by pulling the power and letting you back in???

Not in all cases. At times the radio is "hard locked". A series of bits are written to the eeprom to prevent theft.
Besides that, the VIN is required at this point. The VIN and Radio VIN needs to match the dealer records.
No match, no radio code.
