Import to US - engine family number

We are taking our Audi A4 to the US (from Canada) and Audi has asked for an Engine Family Number / Test Group Number in order to provide a letter about emission requirements etc. I cannot find it anywhere by the engine.

I do see a sticker with barcode and a DOT HR number. Is this the same? I also found out that there is a DOT sticker from the FMVSS then the US does not require a letter from Audi regarding emission standards.
