Before you purchase I always recommend taking to an audi mechanic to give it the once over. It may cost you a few bucks to do that but the benefits and peace of mind is worth it. As for the price it does seem reasonable without looking at the car or seeing any images of it.

Take it and have a full inspection just to be aware and avoid any nasty surprises. Also ask if the timebelt and water pump where changed

i have checked the carfax of the car, if i buy it now, i will be the 4th owner of this car, (will it be very bad?)
also, I cant find too much servise record of this car, dose it means the pervious owners did not do the maintance in audi dealership?
thank you very much

Audi dealer will cost you at least $1000 so I would consult an independant German specialized mechanic.
Carfax does NOT show you everything...you see if the owner was involved in an accident and never reported it it would NEVER show up on Carfax.
Have it checked by a trusted mechanic private or dealer and they will inspect everything almost including repaint by detecting "fumes" residues
4 owners is a lot if you ask me...
Contact Audi and have the serial Vin # checked if servicing was not done at dealership you should at least have some maintenance records from one of the owners if not simply walk away man!
