Audi Cerified
Hello everybody!!
I've tried to find a thread on this matter but no luck...so here is my question.
I called a few audi salesman and they say that rear bearings on the car are under audi certified waranty. Then a guy from service rep... tells me that it is normal wear and the certified audi waranty will not cover such replacement.
The car has only 112,000km and all highway km's...
Who is right in their answer? Am I covered at all or not?? I don't think it is normal wear for rear bearings after 100,000km of highway driving...
also....
I can't seem to find my certified coverege flyer which lables out the all parts and repair being under waranty..
thanks

Re: Audi Cerified
go read the Audi CPO agreement that you signed in duplicate when you got the car. Should be outlined there.
when did the salesman tell you that it was covered? Before or after purchase. If before, then you have a chance. If after, and it's indeed wear in the agreement, you're screwed. Maybe his manager will make good as a gesture of good faith.
p.s. how is panama jack from Scotland?
