Default What do you think of this A3 deal?

2010 Audi A3 TDI base with Open Sky and Bluetooth
Executive driven company demo
48,000km
Exterior and interior in excellent condition (except plastic trim in the trunk area somewhat scuffed up....must've gone up to the cottage alot or something)

Audi dealership asked for $35,000 on the road and includes Certified Preowned Program, with extended warranty for 2 years or 120,000km, and Audi Care coverage for 85k, 100k and 115k service.

The mileage is a bit high for just over a year of driving which is my main hesitation. But considering its under the original warranty until Apr 2014 and I'd get the extended warranty on top, would that make up for it? My wife would be the primary driver and she doesn't put more than 16,000km per year on her cars.

Would this be a decent deal to go for?

Do you need it that recent, the TDI, and all the trim? When I was shopping around recently, the 2007 A3's were all around $23,000. They're still good cars. I don't know if any were TDI, that's the sexiest part of the car you're talking about there and worth some money.

... but saving $10000 lets you buy a lot of gas to make up the difference on mileage.
