Which "traffic ticket specialist" to choose?

Re: Which "traffic ticket specialist" to choose?
My buddy told me of some evidence documentation or release we can request to make it complicated for the prosecutor. With some luck, the cop either forgot or too lazy to do the paperwork and ended up tossing it.
But this guy already told me he'll lower the charge and give me a break in court. Should I attempt this? Not sure potentially pissing off the guy who promised to help me is a good idea.

It's not necessarily true.
Most Police officers receive overtime for court duty - do you really think they'd make the trial shorter by tossing evidence?
