For all you GTA owners out there-
Do the dealerships offer a courtesy car to drive when you send in your car for repair or is it a shuttle service they provide?

For the most part it is a shuttle...
If the repairs are "no warranty" and substantial, and if you have allowed yourself to be ripped-off substantially before, they will reluctantly provide a "rental" at no charge...

whenever i book a service, i request a rental.
they will provide one for you at no cost, but they will tell u when the earliest one is available.
try it out next time.

Some dealers do have loaner cars, but they generally need to be booked in advance. I know that Audi of Mississauga does have loaners, and Queensway even pick up your car for service and drop it back off....!!
