Queensway has no clue how to deal with S5s (or likely any other small run Audis). I've had 7 problems with my new vehicle and I'bve been back and forth with them and an Audi of Canada Tech on several occasions. They lack basic knowledge on known issues with this vehicle. They are evasive and even after they get baggered by AOC to fix issues, they do not admit fault in dragging problems out instead of just fixing them on the first visit...and yes, this includes the service manager.

They took 16 days to fix it, and I went in one day to see it, and they had all the inside panelling out of my car, the back seats, the rear windows and trunk was all taken out. They told me that there wasn't any frame damage, but I really don't know if I should believe them or not! How can I tell? Can I take it somewhere where they can check it out? Yesterday a friend pointed out that the trunk is not lined up properly when it is closed and that is a sign that there was frame damage..does anyone know if this is true? Also, the dealership will not give me ANY paperwork on what parts were replaced or damaged! I don't know what to do! HELP!!!
What is the latests update to this? I would be very interested in knowing how it turned out?

If all else fails go to the local media and tell them about this story of how the dealership wrecked your car and they've been giving you the "jerk around" ever since. A little media attention will get them to play ball with you... Guaranteed!

You know, I've owned Audis (several old, and an '04 Avant), and have personally had nothing but disrespect, hassles, excuses, and doubletalk from the ONE Audi dealer in Edmonton, Southgate Audi.
These people seem to think that THEY are doing YOU a favour buy letting you buy an (outrageously sticker price inflated) Audi from their dealership.

From all the discussions I've read (on this forum and others) it seems to me that the recent success of the brand is going to Audi's head.
The $50k + that we spend to own an Audi should by more than just a car.
Customer service MUST come with the package, else why in the hell should I buy an Audi ever again???

Being in the market for a new vehicle, with cash money in my pocket, I'm asking myself why not just fly to the US and buy one there and import it, then drive to the dealership and show them what their attitude has accomplished.

It's a crying shame that this kind of storey as often as it does.

Screw Audi- I'll be plunking my cash down for an Acura MDX, (which is a more reliable vehicle anyway, than the Q5 I WAS going to buy) and go to Southgate Audi and ask the Manager if he'd like a ride.

Its a shame but this story or situation is not an issolated one. The same scenario is played out across the country at various Dealerships. Its unfortunate because the good dealerships are being painted by the same wide stroke brush, and there are some good dealerships. Just today a member of our group shared with us his wonderful experience with the Audi dealership in Hamilton Ontario. In the same day other members exhorted thier discust with the Other Dealership located Oakville. I wish Audi would clue in and give some direction and customer training to the dealers. They would sell more cars.

The REALLY unfortunate thing is that Audi Canada seems just a disinterested in their customers as many of the dealerships we all speak about so often...
people need to vote with their $$ and shop at other manufacturers who will give the respect and service that customers deserve.

I for one will never buy another Audi...let Audi USA/Canada put THAT in their pipe and smoke it.

Feel free to forward this to your Audi Canada Dealer network

Are you not ever going to purchase an AUDI because of the dealership or is there a problem with the cars? I wouldn't let poor dealings with the dealership stop me from purchasing a quality car of my choice.
