Canadian audi dealership reviews

Re: Queensway Audi, Toronto
OK... it's done... and as I promised, here I am sharing my QA service experience with you:
I know the problem I had - transmission gear display flashing, so the TCM replacement was imperativ - is gone now, but I do not know how good is the mechanical work; I hope it's not going to resurface.
In terms of everything else... my experience there was the best so far. Like I said before, QA's offer was the best, and the invoice didn't change a cent. It was a AC pipe cap that they have to replace, due to leaking, but it was only $3.30 + tx.
Absolutely amaizing treatment from the customer advisor, Florin Pleava. Ask for him next time at QA, and say that Marcel recomended him.
The service manager, Bjorn, spent more than 1/2 hour answering my questions, and addressing my concerns regarding the CVT transmission that my A4 has. Very friendly guy. I was very impressed. He also offered to get AUDI technical details for me.
The car was ready a bit earlier then they initially said it would. The big issue here is the fact that within 3 hours they've done the following:
1. replace the TCM;
2. replace all 4 ignition coils ( thank them again for that; it's a recall issue I had no idea about);
3. wash the car.
YES, IcemanGER, you were absolutely right when you told me it can be done in 2 and 1/2 hours. I saved a lot because of that info . Beer on me big time, next time in TO.
Mike Motors of Ottawa told me, initially, the TCM replacement needs 8 hours to be completed. At the end it was droped to 6 hours (?!), but anyway, compare it to 2.5 hours at QA (!!!) Mark Motors will NEVER see my car again, unless the owner fires Mr. Les, and brings in a more honest service manager.
I know for sure that I will be back at QA for further services. Great overall experience.

Re: Queensway Audi, Toronto
I will agree that Bjorn is a very cool guy and a nice guy. I'll keep my thoughts about Florin to myself... Overall, I'm glad that you had a good experience.
I think the main issue here is that you knew what work you needed done before you showed up. Queensway quality work is good, I've never had a problem with their quality of work... but their advice sucks...

Re: Queensway Audi, Toronto
Guys,
The new dealership, Audi Downtown Toronto is now open...and it's a gem! It's the largest dealership in Canada and as a result, they really need to reflect that in service and sales. If you haven't had the opportunity to check out Canada's new flagship dealer, be sure to do so!
Here's the address: 328 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON
Trust me, it's worth it!

My experience hasn't been that bad with queensway, i hate to say though it seems like their way too busy for their customers, updates are slow, service is a bit slow as well. I might try the guy around the corner at kipling....
