Re: HELP! The Dealership damaged my Audi!!
Wow!! Unbelievable. That is definitely not minor and it would be ridiculous to argue otherwise. It looks like someone backed that into a hoist or something going pretty fast.
Don't take possession of the car until the issue is resolved and all the costs and repairs are covered. By signing off on your car you may be 'accepting' the repair they did. Personally - I wouldn't accept anything less than a replacement. If you've babied your car, why would you want damaged goods? Repairing it doesn't change the fact that the body, parts, and potentially chassis, have been tainted.
That s**t needs to roll downhill right from the get-go. Contact Audi North America fist; Audi Canada answers to them. Let them come up with a solution. They will work it out with the dealer and can provide you with options. I wouldn't settle for anything less.

Re: Queensway Audi, Toronto
Don't do it. Go to Bero motors just around the corner on kipling. It's a little private shop on Kipling and they specialize in VW & Audi. They are just north of queensway. The owners name is Andre. He's a nice guy and does good work. I used to take my car to Queensway.... never again..... I now to to Bero Motors.
PM me if you want details about Queensway.

Re: Queensway Audi, Toronto
Thank you, guys. Mark Motors in Ottawa, to my opinion, really sucks, and because I have to service the car at an Audi dealership I called different dealerships in Montreal & Toronto. QA was the one to make the best offer, plus the people I've spoken to (Florin & Bjorn in service) were very helpfull in explaining all the details. I will see how it goes, and let everybody know.

What about a Friday afternoon beer ? [Whenever the part arrives the repair will be scheduled for the next coming Friday.]
