To me that's basically a hairdryer with an air filter on it....

+1, the stock air intake is pretty damn good. You will get more performence by instaling something like a carbaino, rather then that thing

My favourite part...
Here is what some of our customers say about the Ultimate Electric Supercharger:

"This product is amazing! I installed this on my 1999 BMW M3 with a 3.2 liter straight six. Installation was very easy, but the best part is that my car dyno'd with an increase of 38 horsepower!

- Dan G. Fort Lauderdale, FL
The stock airbox and filter is what most people run from the A4 to the RS4. The most popular aftermarket unit for the RS4 (because it's pretty much the only one available) is the GruppeM. You should have one at your door for just under $2K and you might gain a couple of HP. The other perks would be a really pretty piece of carbon under the hood and a slightly more aggressive engine note.

Carbonio has one for the B6/B7 S4 that's available from APR, but nowhere have I read about it being installed on an RS4. In fact, even where I have read about guys installing on their S4's there has been very minimal positive gain.

thanks for the info guys, much appreciated......I think I may be going with the Revo Tech for the ECU upgrade and we'll see what increase in performance i get...It's offered by Pfaff Tuning so at least i won't have any worries with Audi....
