Default DRL mod?

I brought a 2003 RS6 from U.S. to Canada, and now need DRL's to pass inspection. I also purchased a Ross-Tech usb hex-com , and in # 17(instruments), I changed the "soft coding" for country from #2(U.S.) to #3(Canada). The odometer now shows km. instead of miles, but still no DRL's
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know that you do not have module # 09 - Central Electronics, it is in there, I belive the 2003 RS6 can not be done through vag-com it has to be done manually

Thanks for the prop's, but yeah I think its the same thing as with the Allroad! If you purchased your Vag-Com from Ross-Tech email Andy at ross-tech and ask him he is the real wizz....... LOL...... The RS6 came out in the US in 2003 and Canada I bealive it was in 2004 due to the heavier bumper mods and more electrical wiring and more advanced ECU for the coding......

You can buy a module at Canadian tire for $29 for DRL's and it is a simple install and cheapest fix. Also Audi offers a relay for $59 I think which plugs into the ecu and enables DRL's (However this option has worked only for some people)

OFF topic...but on sort of...is there any way to code an Audi so that the headlights will be on all the time? My Lexus turns them off after 20 seconds if you leave them in 'ON' mode. My old Acura and Honda did the same thing.

My old A4 and my new S4 drain the battery instead. Seems stupid.
