Default Driving a 1993 S4

Hey i just have a few questions..
I recently bought a Audi S4 1993. I absolutely Love the car. My first car too
anyways i was just wondering what type of abuse can this car take? i mean i dont want to burn it to the ground but i do want to have fun in it. In the next few months i will be making it better so to speak. Any advice or any tips or anything would be very appreciated. I would love to hear any comments you may have about the car or any things i should do? JUST ANYTHING lol..
Oh also wanting to lower it a bit i think. i will post a picture soon enough and tell me what you think?
Also if anyone has any reccomendations for the type of springs to get?

Full RS2 conversion, you can run this up to a full stage 3 with Porsche/Audi engineered parts. Make about 375-400hp at the crank. Safe to say that the platform is rock solid and can handle the mods. Good luck, have fun

I also have another question if you dont mind.. So i have had people tell me that with turbo you need to let the car run before stopping it after driving around to let the turbo cool properly. Is that a Myth or fact?? if so how long do u let it cool for?

Most likely a fact. I know in the 2002 A6 2.7T hand book it tells you to let the engine run 1-2 minutes before shutting it off. I would think that it's the same for yours.

I hear that 2.2 5cyl is a rock solid engine. Check out audiworld.com or Audizine.com for more info.

really nice car, btw!

Thank you for that last comment. I am really loving my car, and ya its older but still i love it. thank you also for those links. but this leads me to another question..
So when i am looking for parts its hard to find a 1993 S4 with the 2.2L turbo. so is there any model that has the similar engine or something thats would work? Someone told me about the RS2 Conversion and i would really love to do that. i want to make the car a bit faster. if u have any suggestions please?

I dont have clue on cost. A good place to start looking would be 034 motorsports. I know that I have seen all the S2,S4,S6 to RS2 conversion stuff available. Alot of guys seem to be changing the turbo from the uber expensive K24 to a compatable GT turbo, I thing the GT was running for about $800. Check over at audiworld.com in the engine specific forums.
