Audi S4 1993 260k
Hi,
Im considering to buy an Audi S4 1993 with 260k.
It has:
- new cross drilled brakes all around
- new fuel lines
- new brake lines
- new timing belt
- new water pump
- new rad
- comes lowered
- 19s from A8, with new summer tiers
Forest green colour, tan leather with carbon fiber trim. Very clean in & out.
The ad wants $6000. I was thinking $4000. Let me know if its a good deal.
Thank you.
Dennis G.

How ae the shocks? The CV joints? The control arms? clicking in the steering? how does the car shift? it is left to your own discretion I am thinking a '93 with 260k the guy is selling it so he gets his service money back I would not give him more than 3500

Thanks for replyn,
The shocks are after marcket, so r the springs. Nice and stiff. Heandles & drives very well. Im just wondering how long the engine will last. It already has 260. & what else should i consider....
+ where r these 98 & 99 for 6-8 gs...

Re: Audi S4 1993 260k
I work with someone who had a 94 S4 with 360K on it. It was a fantastic car and he had no trouble getting $5G for it. Those cars are great, and at one of the garages I used to go to, one guy had 750K on his. I have way more faith in those cars than the A4s from the late 90s..........

Re: Audi S4 1993 260k
Alot of that is due to more and more of the American and Japanesse builders using recycled metal which rusts easier. For German cars, I think they just learned they could make more if they needed more service............
