Oil seals leaking? Burning oil on cold starts? Could be a plugged PCV system, these systems are known to stop working properly over time on the B5's. These are the parts needed for the DIY replacement of the 1.8t PCV system (Message me for link to DIY) DIY is for a 1.8t Passat but mostly applies to the 1.8t A4 as well, with the addition of the 058-133-753B Purge Valve for the A4

-Heavy Duty Lemforder updated all metal "B" version Tie Rod End, part # 8E0419811B $50 (Do yourself a favor and get high quality TRE's, you'll thank me later!!)

-Corteco Snub mount $5

-Used Driver's side heated mirror glass, a little discoloration along bottom edge but still ok to use. Better than a broken one!! Aspheric glass, heated. $10

-Used Passenger side 'Stubby' Mirror glass, some staining behind glass, ok to use if in a pinch. $5

-1997 A4 Heater/climate controls, work perfectly but one LCD screen is damaged, can still read display but display is a bit messed up. $25

-'97 A4 1.8t Quattro Automatic Transmission Control Module / TCM $75

-'97 A4 1.8t Quattro Automatic Transmission non-tiptronic shifter and linkage. Includes shift **** and plastic cover. $50

I also have used OEM shocks and springs from a 97 A4 1.8t. Non-sport. Shocks are in excellent condition, not sure exactly how many kms are on them, maybe around 90,000k were working perfectly when I took them off and went with aftermarket suspension. No rust on shock bodies. I also have the OEM springs for all four corners that are in good condition. Make an offer.
