cat back exhaust 2003 Audi A4 3.0

I have a 2003 audi A4 3.0 and am thinking of getting the cat back exaust
offered by Audi does anyone have any opinion good bad or indifferent. Are
there any other upgrade out there to get a little more out of this car.
