Yes, I have the covers, access door, and the cabin air microfilter box that
nestles above the passenger side cover...

My 96 A4 V6 definitely didn't have the covers (nor did the 4-cylinder
models of the same vintage), but I believe that later models did. I
have a copy of a review, published in March 1995, which shows both the
2.6 V6 and the 1.8T I4 without covers. Certainly my 2000 A6 V6 and my
2003 RS6 V8 did/do have covers. However, the battery on my RS6 is in
the spare wheel well.
