Angry Audi 2005 All Road Water leak damage ABS and Transmission Modules

Hi, am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I park outside and after a huge rainstorm, found 3" of water in the passenger side of my car which has completely wrecked my ABS and Transmission modules. this is a 2005 AllRoad.

the fix is at least $7,000 with no guarantees that more damage hasn't occurred to wiring. When I googled this problem, there were a ton of incidences of it including a $69 lawsuit that was won against Audi/VW in the US in 2014. Look up:

Volkswagen Settles $69 Million Lawsuit Over Leaking Sunroofs | CarComplaints.com

Unofrtunately for me claims had to be submitted by mid 2012 so I was wondering if anyone else out there had suffered the same issues and how they had resolved.

I am currently sitting on a 10 year old, apparently luxury car, that is now worth nothing. Audi Canada and Audi US and the dealer are not interested unless I want to fix it.

Thanks.

Hmm I was wondering the same thing, My car is older. I have a A6 Quattro but, the last 2 days it rained and my passenger floor board was soaked. I called Audi to see if there was a known issue or recall and was told no, no recall or known issues. I was advised that it was probably because the sun roof drain tubes are clogged and draining into the car. Not real sure what to do or belive. I live more than an hour away from the dealer.
