Call your dealer. Audi has come out with some sort of recall for that which is based on production date. I know first hand, I have the same problem.

Alex - can you provide a bit more info on what they actually change/fix? Seems like this problem has existed since the B5. On my 1998 B5 a pop-up piece was added to redirect airflow and many folks opened the rear window ever so slightly. Was also recommended that folks not open the sunroof completely and I think on the B6, and definitely on the B7, the switch indent was moved slightly so the "not quite fully open" position became the default. Seems like we are now have the B8 and Audi still hasn't "figured out a solution"

I believe the dealer is changing the wind deflector, I haven't seen it yet.
We've had what we call "the comfort zone" for a few years now, which is the the postion you're describing as "not quite fully open". But this is nothing like B6 or B7 were, I drove a few of them in the last 7 years that I've been with Audi. The noise on the new B8 is LOUD, I mean to the point that you can't have a conversation. I should be getting my demo done soon, I hope that fixes it because I really enjoy my sunroof.
