To me an Audi is supose to be black but my wife did not want a black car and we were going for deep sea blue pearl effect which was also great but when she saw that Black Phantom well thank god she loved the color and i got my Black Phantom and have to admit that color is just great .

I went with a totally different colour:

Garnet Red. I have only seen one other (A6 Avant) in this colour and now I just have to wait for delivery. Mine is an A4 S-Line.

I have see the Garnet Red A4 and it looks pretty good. Only ever seen one B8 A4 in this colour

Well, I just had a hip replaced last week so I think that pre-qualifies me.

White never seems to look right on the A4 to me. Also maybe I'm super picky (well, I am super picky) but plastic vs. metal parts on white cars never seem to match up properly for color.

Phantom Black Pearl is definitely my favorite color, my A4 is Brilliant black which is probably my 2nd favorite. Either black will be a huge pain in the *** to keep clean and surface scratching in the clear coat is always more noticeable on blacks.

Grey is my all time favorite to own, it just looks clean for longer and it hides surface scratching pretty well. Silver is probably the best for this, but its silver... everyone has it... Grey is a nice compromise.

LOL! not sure if anyone noticed that or if it was just me but that was a nice plug for our audi group! sending the link to the last meet with the photos to show off the color! =)
i agree tho i do like trevors color on that car. me personally like my Ibis White! =)
doesnt show dirt like black and harder to see swirl marks from cleaning.

sorry neither of those colors are what you were choosing. so id say go silver.

Thanks everyone for all the great advice! No, these weren't the colors I was originally thinking of..but decided against both and am thinking more between Ibis white and Phantom black..I have had too many silver cars and a red one..though I have to admit both look fantastic in the A4.

With the Ibis..I'm pretty on the fence..I saw a 3 series BMW in White that looked amazing, but not sure about the white on the Audi..Maybe it's because the grill looks so much bigger..I'm not sure..but I'm still deciding against it.

The black looks great too..but worried about the swirl marks and how easy it is to get dirty (well, I guess that's a problem for white too!!)

I'm so indecisive..and it's good to hear comments from people who actually own the cars..So any further feedback is appreciated!!
