MMI USB Adaptor / $350 at Audi????
Went to my local dealership today to inquire about getting an USB adaptor for the car - it already comes with an Ipod/Iphone adaptor - would you believe they wanted $350 for it? 30 ounces of plastic...
Found the same thing on Amazon for $35, what gives?

Yeah, weird. Anyway, I didn't use USB. I just used the SD card slot in front. Copied my music to a Class 10, 32-gig card (for 2011, the max was 32 gig). Works great. I have SD and iPod now.

Purchased the part on amazon.ca for $35, and just got it today. The funny part is that it says "genuine audi parts" on it, and it's full of Audi logos and identification. Works perfectly with a USB key with tons of songs on it.
I still can't understand how Audi can justify charging $350 for it. Must be one of the worst rip-offs in the universe.
