Default Maintenance Package

Hello,

Anyone here purchase the Audi Maintenance package? It covers everything except wear and tare things like brakes, wipers?

Is it worth the 750+ tax price?

Thanks

I just added mine today in the Business Office before delivery. It's the best product you can buy from the Business Office for sure.

If you're just getting/thinking of getting a vehicle and aren't sure at the time of delivery, you can purchase it within the first 20,000kms or 1 year (whichever occurs first). The advantage of getting it at the time of purchase is that they roll it into your payments (increases monthly payment by roughly $20-$25) rather than paying $750 cash a few months down the road.

Definitely keep it in mind.

When I talked to the Audi dealer, he said the scheduled maintenance for 4 yr/80K Km is FREE and I will have to pay $750 for that if I buy a used vehicle. Doesn't Audi advertise as free scheduled maintenance?

I personally haven't seen a free maintenance package from Audi. However, when I was in the dealership the other day they said that the Maintenance Package on a New vehicle was $750 and the Maintenance Package on a CPO vehicle (2007 or newer) was $850, but I didn't get the details on what the used car package covered.

I'm going to the dealership in a couple of hours for my Delivery and will grab the pamphlet and post what I find.

Audi Care (the maintenance package) is not free nor is it advertised as free. Some dealers include it "free" with the vehicle, but it's built in to the price.

Whether its built into the price of the car or not, Audi Care is currently $750 on a new Audi or $850 on a Certified (used) Audi.

Either way, buying Audi Care is cheaper than paying for the individual service intervals if you plan on following the maintenance schedule.

It's also a point for negotiation. I negotiated mine down to $375.
