Engine dies at stops only before car warms up!
Can't figure this out!!!!
Car starts, no problem. Idles fine in cold starts. start driving everything is fine. make a stop at a light/stop and the car dies. it will keep dying at a stop until the coolant reaches 90 degrees. NO fault codes at all! Other than this issue, car runs great. In the summer months I had it die 2 separate times while going from reverse to drive. When it started to get colder outside it started happening more often. and now it does it every day in the mornings until the car reaches 90 degrees.
2010 A4 S-Line 2.0T Tiptronic 113K (only Shell V-power 91 since 66K)
Things I have recently done:
2 weeks: cleaned the carbon/gunk of the intake valves (sandblasted with walnut media)
5 months: New PCV Valve
6 months: Transmission filter and fluid
1 year: spark plugs
any help will be greatly appreciated…
